A: Item may be picked up from the Studio providing that you
contact (using the contact form provide) advising us that you do
not want the item shipped. ~ However, no shipping charges will
refunded as this is system generated and we cannot change.

A: The Cost to custom Design a piece vary. Many time there is no
charge if you would like a design using a Different Color of
Accents vs what we have provided online.
Q: How do I have my item which I ordered altered in size?
A: We can alter the size of your items ie: necklace and bracelets to
fit your specific need. There is no charge is make an items
small but there may be a slight charge to adjust any bracelet or
necklace that is on a macrame cord as this will cause us to
